Help End Hunger and Homelessness in North Texas

Together, We Can Change Lives

Poverty affects more than just basic needs, it creates barriers to opportunity, security, and the ability to move forward. But you have the power to help change that.

With just three simple steps, two minutes of your time, and one donation, you can open the door to stability and hope for our North Texas neighbors in need.

For 40 years, The Dallas Morning News Charities has been dedicated to fighting hunger and homelessness throughout North Texas. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’ve raised more than $38.5 million to support local nonprofits that provide food, shelter, and resources to help people rebuild their lives.

This year, we are proud to support 16 trusted nonprofit partners serving individuals and families across Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Dallas, and Ellis counties. Together, they provide nutritious meals, safe shelter, clothing, hygiene items, emergency financial aid, counseling, and youth programs helping people not just survive, but move toward independence.
