The Dallas Morning News Charities Kids Summer Feeding campaign runs from May 12 – August 1, 2025. We welcome your donations using the “donate” button above.

Texas leads the nation in food insecurity; in North Texas this includes 1 out of every 5 children.

• Summer means 60+ days without a sure meal
• Our non profit partners will feed more than 20,000 children this summer
• We’re raising $200,000 to help fund their efforts

You can feed a hungry child this summer.  It’s as easy as 3-2-1. 

100% of your donation will go directly to 12 local nonprofits who are providing meals during the summer months to North Texas children in need.  These children rely on school meals as their primary source of food; when school is out, so is their primary food source.
